According to the complaint, an unknown individual entered the Shiv Mandir in the early hours of September 18 last, around 12:00 AM, stealing a DG set battery and a water pump motor. The culprits also attempted to break into the Mandir&#8217;s donation box but were unsuccessful. Utilizing human intelligence and rounding up potential suspects, the team zeroed in on a key suspect, 22-year-old&nbsp;&nbsp;Bem Abraham, of 6 Kilo, Itanagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through extensive interrogation, Bem Abraham confessed to committing the theft at the Shiv Mandir. Following his confession, he was formally arrested, and the stolen DG set battery and water pump motor were recovered.
