DOIMUKH\/RGU,Dec 19: The Rajiv Gandhi University Research Scholars Forum (RGURSF) marked a historic achievement today by unveiling its first-ever concrete bye-law since its inception in 2012. The momentous occasion, held at the RGURSF office in Tissa Halls of Residence, also featured the release of the forum\u2019s annual calendar and the official launch of its track suit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Happy Toko, Advisor to the President of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU), and Guest of Honour Mr. Gyamar Maya, Convener of the Arunachal Nyishi Students’ Union (ANSU). The event saw the presence of RGURSF executive members, research scholars, and distinguished guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his keynote address, Chief Guest Mr. Happy Toko hailed the bye-law as a transformative step for RGURSF, emphasizing its significance as a guiding document for the forum’s operations. \u201cThis concrete bye-law reflects the vision, commitment, and collective effort of the RGURSF team. RGURSF President Mr. Tagru Talu expressed gratitude to the executive and drafting committee members for their tireless efforts in realizing this long-awaited accomplishment. Calling the release of the bye-law a “dream come true,” Mr. Talu highlighted its importance in strengthening RGURSF\u2019s institutional framework. \u201cThis milestone will define our tenure and pave the way for impactful initiatives, including national and international seminars and workshops,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
