{"id":3224,"date":"2025-05-29T18:06:38","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T18:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arunachaltoday.live\/?p=3224"},"modified":"2025-05-29T18:13:09","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T18:13:09","slug":"empowering-farmers-through-awareness-access-to-schemes-minister-pul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arunachaltoday.live\/?p=3224","title":{"rendered":"Empowering farmers through awareness, access to schemes &#038; technology; Minister Pul"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ANINI,May 29:<\/strong>\u00a0Empowering our farmers through awareness, access to schemes and technology is the key to building a self-reliant agriculture economy, said Minister, Women and Child Development Dasanglu Pul while launching the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (VKSA) at Gipulin village in Dibang Valley district on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister was joined at the event by Anini MLA and advisor to tourism minister Mopi Mihu, ZPC Theko Tayu, deputy commissioner Pagli Sora, senior scientists from Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Anini, and other senior officials and heads of departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the programme, soil health cards and hybrid seeds were distributed to local farmers to promote scientific farming and improve crop productivity. Two Krishi Raths were also flagged off by the minister to travel across the district, raising awareness among farmers about new agricultural techniques and central welfare schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/arunachaltoday.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DSC09998.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arunachaltoday.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DSC09998.jpg 600w, https:\/\/arunachaltoday.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DSC09998-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis campaign is about reaching the last-mile farmer and ensuring that the benefits of schemes like PM Fasal Bima Yojana, Kisan Credit Cards, and soil health initiatives are delivered directly to their doorsteps,\u201d Pul said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VKSA, initiated by the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, is a nationwide campaign aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
