WANGHOO, Oct 15: The Rubo Ruzang Primary Level Federation (PLF) of Wanghoo and Dikhiyang villages under Singchung Sub-Division, West Kameng district, celebrated its 3rd Anniversary with great enthusiasm and community spirit on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formed on October 15, 2022, the Rubo Ruzang PLF comprises 8 Self Help Groups (SHGs) with a total of 58 members, working collectively to promote women\u2019s empowerment and self-reliance through various livelihood and social initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration was graced by Rekha Marphew, ZPM Singchung Block, and Yangzin Murphew, Chairman of the All Bugun Khowa Society (ABKS) along with several community leaders and members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on the occasion, ZPM Rekha Marphew lauded the efforts of the PLF in uplifting women at the grassroots level and encouraged them to continue their journey towards economic independence and social progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
