ITBP, Aadhunik India Foundation Conducts CAPF Pre-Recruitment Training Program For Youths

MAHADEVPUR, Dec 27: A special pre-recruitment training program for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) was organized at the Mahadevpur Circuit House Conference Hall in Namsai district, drawing over 100 young participants from Namsai and Changlang districts. This initiative, jointly undertaken by the Aadhunik India Foundation and the 25th Battalion of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) from Tezu, aimed to prepare Adivasi youth for careers in the armed forces.

The program provided aspiring candidates with comprehensive guidance on physical, medical, and written tests to ensure their readiness for CAPF recruitment. Assistant Commandant Girish Singh Farswan and his team from the ITBP led the training, offering detailed insights into the recruitment process. Participants learned about physical fitness standards, medical requirements, and the syllabus for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE), equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Addressing the participants, DK Chauhan, National President of Aadhunik India Foundation, encouraged them to pursue careers in CAPF and emphasized the importance of discipline, perseverance, and preparation. Chauhan’s motivational guidance inspired the trainees and provided them with actionable strategies to enhance their chances of selection.

The training program saw significant participation from young women, reflecting the growing interest in armed forces careers among female aspirants. This inclusivity was widely appreciated and seen as a step forward in empowering women in the region.

Participants expressed gratitude for the initiative, highlighting its role in boosting their confidence and clarifying the recruitment process.
