NAMSAI, June 10: In a decisive move to enforce the Inner Line Permit (ILP) regime, the Namsai District Police have externed 92 individuals found violating ILP regulations during a series of intensified checks across the district.

The drive, aimed at ensuring lawful entry and residence in the protected border district of Arunachal Pradesh, also led to the registration of three non-FIR cases. Namsai District police officials affirmed their continued commitment to upholding the law and protecting the rights of indigenous communities, urging all contractors, businesses, and private agencies to strictly adhere to ILP norms.
