Itanagar, Dec 6: Abab Sangdo has etched his name in history as the first athlete from Northeast India to win a gold medal in the Senior Male Individual Kata category at the 11th Commonwealth Karate Championships held in Durban, South Africa, from November 28 to December 1, 2024.
