Centre Allocates ₹3040.14 Crore Tax Devolution To Arunachal Pradesh: CM,DCM Hail PM Modi’s Support

ITANAGAR, Jan 10: In a significant financial boost for Arunachal Pradesh, the Central Government has released ₹3040.14 crore as a tax devolution installment. The move is expected to bolster the state’s fiscal capacity, enabling the execution of key infrastructure projects, welfare schemes for marginalized communities, and long-term economic growth.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the generous support, calling it a crucial step in strengthening the state’s developmental framework. He highlighted how the funds would drive timely completion of infrastructure initiatives and enhance welfare programs aimed at empowering underprivileged sections of society.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein also lauded the Prime Minister’s vision and consistent support for the state.
