Itanagar?Namsai, Jan 16: Namsai district received significant recognition at the Best Electoral Practices State Award ceremony for the Simultaneous Elections 2024, organized by the Chief Electoral Officer of Arunachal Pradesh.
Shri C.R. Khampa, Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer of Namsai, was awarded in the category of Rationalisation of Polling Station for his remarkable efforts in improving polling station accessibility and ensuring smooth electoral operations in the district.
Adding to the district’s achievements, Chow Tee Chowpoo, a dedicated Booth Level Officer (BLO) from Namsai, was named the Best Booth Level Officer for his outstanding commitment and efficiency in managing polling processes.
