CHANGALANG, June 29: The Assam Rifles organized a tree plantation drive in the old Rangran village of the Changlang district, Arunachal Pradesh. The primary objective of the event was to raise awareness about the importance of trees in maintaining a healthy ecosystem and to promote a greener and cleaner environment.
Local villagers actively participated in the plantation drive, joining forces with the Assam Rifles troops. A total of 450 saplings were planted during the drive, contributing to the efforts of creating a more sustainable environment.
