Cops & Community Initiative Leads to Recovery of Abandoned Two-Wheelers in ICR Naharlagun

Naharlagun, March 27, 2025 – Under the Cops and Community Initiative, the Naharlagun Police have successfully recovered four abandoned two-wheelers from different locations within the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR), Naharlagun. These recoveries were made possible due to timely information provided by vigilant citizens, reinforcing the strong collaboration between law enforcement and the community in ensuring public safety.

The Cops and Community Initiative aims to combat vehicle-related crimes and facilitate the return of lost or abandoned vehicles to their rightful owners. The four recovered vehicles have been stationed at Papu Hills Police Station and Naharlagun Police Station, where their legal owners can claim them after proper verification.

Vehicle owners are urged to visit the respective police stations for verification and necessary legal formalities. Ownership proof and valid documentation will be required before the vehicles are released as per legal procedures.
