RUKSINJune 15,: In a commendable gesture aimed at fostering educational advancement, Ninon Ering, MLA 37-Pasighat West Constituency, extended financial assistance to three successful candidates from his constituency who cleared the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025.

A felicitation ceremony was held at the ADC Office in Ruksin, graced by Kiran Ningo, ADC Ruksin; Shri Enuk Libang, Program Coordinator; and the proud parents of the achievers. The qualifiers—Dr. Zing Mesar from Mirem Village, Mr. Elkanah Modi from Rayang Village, and Mr. Bambom Perme from Ruksin Village—were honored and encouraged for their upcoming Mains examination.
Speaking at the event, Shri Ninong Ering congratulated the candidates and praised their perseverance and dedication. Reaffirming his long-standing commitment to supporting educational excellence, he announced continued financial support for their Mains preparation and reiterated his promise of a ₹2 lakh cash incentive for those who clear the Mains stage.

Since 2019, Shri Ering has been sponsoring coaching and preparatory assistance for competitive exam aspirants in the region. His initiative has inspired many young individuals to pursue careers in public service.
