ITANAGAR, Aug 6: In a significant push towards enhancing citizen-centric digital services, the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DIT&C), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, in collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Government of India, conducted a one-day workshop titled “Empowering Digital Governance: A Journey into Transformative UI/UX Design” at the Itanagar Civil Secretariat on Tuesday.
The workshop aimed to strengthen capacity building among government departments and stakeholders by promoting user-centric service delivery and cybersecurity awareness. Sessions focused on the importance of intuitive, inclusive, and accessible UI/UX design in transforming digital public services.
Besides UI/UX, the event also delved into emerging cybersecurity threats, potential attack vectors, and best practices for building a secure digital ecosystem within state departments.
Around 75 participants, including officials from various state government departments, autonomous agencies, the National Informatics Centre (NIC), and system integrators, took part in the workshop. Their enthusiastic engagement highlighted a shared commitment to advancing digital governance in Arunachal Pradesh.
