Arunachal’s Naji Hillang Wins Gold at Asian Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand

ITANAGAR, Aug 23 : Bringing laurels to the state and the nation, Naji Hillang from Arunachal Pradesh clinched the Gold Medal at the 57th Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship 2025, held in Bangkok, Thailand. She emerged champion in the Women’s Model Physique (Up to 160 cm) category, outshining tough international competitors.

Her remarkable achievement has been widely celebrated across the state. Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju congratulated Hillang for her historic victory and praised her dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
