ITANAGAR, Aug 23: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Arunachal Pradesh, successfully conducted its annual Statewide School-Level General Knowledge Test on Saturday, drawing massive participation from schools across the state.
The test, which has been organized annually since 2012, aims to foster a spirit of healthy competition among students while enhancing their knowledge, analytical skills, and awareness of subjects related to CUET, Arunachal Pradesh, and the North-East region.
This year’s edition witnessed an overwhelming response with 11,655 students from 231 schools across various districts of Arunachal Pradesh. Participation was recorded in two categories:
- Junior Level (Class IX & X): 6,945 students
- Senior Level (Class XI & XII): 4,710 students
The enthusiastic turnout reflects the growing interest among students in academic competitions and underscores ABVP’s sustained efforts to strengthen the educational environment in the state.
Organizers expressed satisfaction over the scale of participation and emphasized that such initiatives play a crucial role in nurturing intellectual growth, confidence, and competitiveness among the youth of Arunachal Pradesh.
