BOMDILA, Mar 10: Fabulous Fourth, the 4 Bn, ITBP of Dirang organized a medical health check and also installed a Solar Water Heater Plant of 500 litre capacity under civic action programme at Pendeling Gonpa, near 9 Mile under Dirang sub-division in West Kameng district on Friday.
On the occasion, Commandant Thoudam S Mangang of the force assured that 4 Bn ITBP will continue to provide all possible assistance for these children. Further, he stated that 4 Bn ITBP has been organized many medical camps, veterinary camps and other civic action programs in border area villages.
Meanwhile, the caretakers of Pendeling Gonpa thanked the 4 Bn ITBP and expressed gratitude for this assistance saying it has benefitted the Gonpa immensely. Apart from the required medicines, the children were also given sports and food items.
