ITANAGAR, July 1 : In a tragic incident that occurred on Saturday morning, one Advocate Tadar Chania lost his life in a road accident near Dree Ground. The 35-year-old advocate was driving from Itanagar toward Naharlagun when the accident took place.
According to the initial investigations conducted by Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Dekio Gumja of Naharlagun Police Station informed that the overspeeding is suspected to be the primary cause of the accident. Advocate Chania reportedly lost control of his vehicle while navigating a curve near the dree ground area. The subsequent collision with a road divider propelled his car into an electric pole positioned in the middle of the road, leading to the fatal injuries that claimed his life.
The accident resulted in severe injuries to Advocate Tadar Chania, and despite prompt medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The police have since registered a case and launched a thorough investigation to gather additional details surrounding the incident.
