Speaking at the launch, Deputy Commissioner Smt. Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta (IAS) highlighted the importance of the new initiative in enhancing transparency, efficiency, and ease of access. She stated that ‘Keyi Panyor Suvidha’ is a significant step towards creating a citizen-centric governance model, aimed at minimizing the hassle and inconvenience often experienced by residents when accessing basic government services.
Superintendent of Police Shri Angad Mehta (IPS), in his address, spoke about the transformative role of digital reforms in the early stages of district development. He noted that the challenges faced by a newly established district like Keyi Panyor could be effectively addressed through the strategic use of technology, enabling the administration to reach every citizen quickly and efficiently.
‘Keyi Panyor Suvidha’ allows residents to access a variety of essential services directly from their mobile phones using WhatsApp. Services such as Police Character Certificate, Police NOC for tender purposes, Birth Certificate, Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) Certificate, Inner Line Permit, Income Certificate, and several others will now be available with just a few taps on a smartphone.
Citizens can initiate the process by simply sending a “Hi” message on WhatsApp to the official number 9405456923. This move not only reduces the need for physical paperwork but also ensures faster processing and delivery of services, reflecting a modern approach to governance.
The district administration has urged all residents to make full use of the newly launched digital platform and experience the ease of accessing government services from the comfort of their homes. With the successful launch of ‘Keyi Panyor Suvidha’, the district has taken a significant step forward in embracing technology to build an inclusive, efficient, and responsive public service ecosystem.
